今早, 老闆 send 了個 email 給小肥和其他同事, 年度 Performance Appraisal 到期.

10月31日要交 self assessment.

對於升級沒有太大的期望, 因為外圍好差.

下午4:00 pm, 老闆叫了小肥入她的辦公室. (關上辦公室門)

小肥坐下來, 她便說: "Do yourself a favourable, spend some time on your self assessment on Performance Appraisal. Me and Mr.M (our senior boss in London) both think you have the quality to be promote to XXX post. Due to current financial crisis, we do not guarantee anything!"

她再說: "Just give you the incentive to do better for the future!"

小肥不斷點頭再說: "Thanks!"

雖然還未100% 肯定能升級, 但在這麼差的經濟環境之下, 還有升級機會, 已經是一個好好的鼓勵^^ (小肥希望能成事啦 !!!)
